TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website easywin.co.zm, the EasyWin mobile applications, and all products and services offered through them (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by EASYWIN BET LIMITED (trading as "EasyWin"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Zambia (Companies Registration No. 120241002108), licensed by the Lotteries Control Board of Zambia ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").
By registering an account, logging in, placing wagers, or using any part of the Platform, you ("you", "the Player", "the Client") accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms apply to all products offered on the Platform, including sports betting, lottery, casino games, instant and crash games, scratch cards, virtual games, and any promotional or bonus features, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product.
1.2. These Terms must be read together with the Sports Betting Rules, the specific game rules published on the Platform, and the Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms shall prevail, except where a specific game rule provides otherwise.
1.3. Only persons aged 18 years or older (or such higher age as required by applicable Zambian law) may register and play. The Company may require proof of age at any time and may suspend any account where age cannot be verified.
1.4. You confirm that: (a) you are legally eligible to gamble under Zambian law; (b) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; (c) you will not allow any third party to access or use your account; and (d) all information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and complete.
1.5. One person may hold only one account. The Company reserves the right to close or suspend duplicate accounts and to void all wagers placed through duplicate accounts.
1.6. The only accepted currency for betting on the Platform is the Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).
1.7. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
2. ACCOUNTS, DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
2.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
2.2. Deposits are accepted through the payment channels offered on the Platform. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
2.3. Withdrawals are processed to payment methods registered in your own name. The Company may require identity verification (KYC) documents before processing a withdrawal.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend deposits, wagers, or withdrawals, and to freeze an account balance, where: (a) an investigation into suspicious or irregular activity is ongoing; (b) a suspected breach of these Terms has occurred; (c) a technical error or malfunction is being investigated; or (d) required by law, regulator instruction, or anti-money-laundering obligations.
2.5. The Company may set minimum and maximum limits for stakes, deposits, withdrawals, and payouts. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limits will not be paid, and the Player shall not be legally entitled to the payment of such winnings.
3. TECHNICAL ERRORS AND MALFUNCTIONS
3.1. Voiding of erroneous outcomes. In the event of a malfunction, defect, or error in any game software, system, platform, transmission, or random number generator — including any error or fault in the transmission of data between the Platform and any third-party game provider — all affected wagers and payouts shall be void. The Company reserves the right to cancel, void, or reverse any wager, ticket, game round, settlement, or payout that was affected by, or won as a result of, a technical fault or error, whether such fault or error is discovered before or after the payout is credited.
3.2. Recovery of erroneous payouts. Where an amount has been credited to an account or paid out as a result of a technical fault or error, such amount does not constitute valid winnings. The Company reserves the right to withhold, deduct, freeze, set off, or recover such amounts, including by deduction from the account balance and by reversal of pending withdrawals.
3.3. Knowingly taking advantage. The Company reserves the right to hold a Player liable for any damage caused to or suffered by the Company as a result of the Player knowingly taking advantage of a technical or administrative error when placing wagers, playing games, or making or receiving payments. Evidence of knowing exploitation includes, without limitation: repeated wagering patterns that exploit the error, systematic escalation of stakes after identifying the error, and continued play or withdrawal attempts after the abnormality is or should reasonably be apparent.
3.4. No liability for downtime. If any game or service is unavailable due to technical reasons, affected wagers will be void and stakes returned, unless the outcome was already determined at the time of the interruption. The Company is not liable for any damages claimed in connection with such unavailability.
4. IRREGULAR PLAY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
4.1. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
(a) exploiting, or attempting to exploit, any software bug, defect, vulnerability, or error in any game or in the Platform;
(b) using any automated system, bot, script, macro, or external tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
(c) colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
(d) creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, eligibility rules, or risk controls;
(e) money laundering, fraud, or the use of funds of unlawful origin;
(f) abusing bonuses, promotions, or cashback offers contrary to their published terms;
(g) any conduct intended to interfere with, manipulate, or test the security or integrity of the Platform.
4.2. Where the Company reasonably determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the Company may, at its sole discretion: (a) void all affected wagers and payouts; (b) withhold or recover all amounts obtained through such conduct; (c) suspend or permanently close the account; (d) report the conduct to the relevant authorities; and (e) pursue any available legal remedy, including recovery of damages.
4.3. In cases not expressly covered by these Terms, the Company reserves the right of final decision, which the Player agrees to comply with.
5. CASINO, INSTANT AND THIRD-PARTY GAMES
5.1. Casino games, instant games, crash games, and other games supplied by third-party providers are governed by these Terms together with any specific game rules published on the Platform.
5.2. Game outcomes are determined by the software of the respective game provider. The Company relies on the providers' certification of fair and random outcomes. Where a provider's software is found to contain a defect, Section 3 (Technical Errors and Malfunctions) applies in full.
5.3. The displayed game balance, animations, and interim game states are indicative only. The authoritative record of wagers, outcomes, and payouts is the Platform's transaction ledger.
6. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
6.1. Players have the right to submit a claim or complaint. The Company will investigate complaints and notify the Player of the result within a reasonable period, and in any event within thirty (30) days of a properly submitted complaint.
6.2. Complaints must be submitted through the official channels published on the Platform. Complaints regarding a misunderstanding of the subject of a wager, or the incorrect identification of identically named events, teams, or players, will not be considered.
6.3. The time limit for a complaint regarding the amount of a payout is sixty (60) days from the commencement of the payout. After this period, all claims are expired.
6.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you may have under Zambian law.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts, without prejudice to any right of the Company to bring proceedings in any other competent jurisdiction.
7.2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
7.3. The English version of these Terms is the authoritative version.
7.4. The Company is not liable for any damages that Players might claim where betting is unavailable due to extraordinary events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
